Eric H Dunlop, Principal and Chairman 

Dr Dunlop is a Chemical Engineer and Chartered Engineer with 35 years’ experience in large-scale biochemical engineering projects and more than 20 years in the algae business. He has been Professor of Chemical Engineering at Washington University, Colorado State University and The University of Adelaide, where he was also Department Head of Chemical Engineering. He has consulted extensively to over 40 organisations internationally, including more than 20 Fortune 500 companies, putting these concepts into action in the commercial world. He was Founder and Director of the State of Colorado’s Bioprocessing Center, a dedicated facility to take bioscience from the laboratory through scaled up processes. He is the recipient of numerous awards including the Nightingale Prize in Biomedical Engineering and has had full Chartered Engineer status for over 30 years. He graduated from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland with a B.Sc. and Ph.D. in Applied Chemistry.
